目的:探讨不同居群多茎滇重楼叶和茎中主要次生代谢产物的积累规律。方法:采用HPLC测定不同居群多茎滇重楼叶和茎中主要活性成分重楼皂苷Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅵ,Ⅶ的含量,流动相水(A)-乙腈(B)梯度洗脱(0~40 min,30%~60%B;40~50 min,60%~30%B),检测波长203 nm,运用单因素方差分析、聚类分析和HPLC图谱分析探讨其次生代谢产物的积累规律。结果:不同居群多茎滇重楼叶中重楼皂苷Ⅱ,Ⅵ,Ⅶ含量及总含量具有显著差异;除个别居群外,不同居群多茎滇重楼茎中重楼皂苷Ⅶ含量差异较小。叶中主要检测到重楼皂苷Ⅱ和Ⅶ,茎中只检测到重楼皂苷Ⅶ。多茎滇重楼和滇重楼比较的地上部分叶和茎HPLC图谱相似度均较低,6个居群叶中重楼皂苷Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅵ,Ⅶ总质量分数达到了2015年版《中国药典》规定的限量标准。结论:多茎滇重楼与滇重楼地上部分叶和茎存在一定差异,但多茎滇重楼叶中有效物质成分较高,该研究为多茎滇重楼地上部分叶和茎的开发利用提供了一定的参考依据。
Objective: To investigate the accumulation of major secondary metabolites in the leaves and stems of Dity. Methods: The contents of main constituents of polysaccharide Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅵ and Ⅶ in the leaves and stems of different populations of Siberian Rhizoma polygoni multiflori were determined by HPLC. The mobile phase A (B) gradient elution (0 ~ 40 min, 30% -60% B, 40-50 min, 60% -30% B) at the detection wavelength of 203 nm. The single factor analysis of variance, cluster analysis and HPLC analysis were used to investigate the accumulation of secondary metabolites. Results: The contents and total contents of polysaccharides Ⅱ, Ⅵ and Ⅶ in leaves of Daphne orientalis from different populations were significantly different. The contents of polysaccharide Saponins from different populations of Daphne orientalis from different populations were significantly different Smaller. The main detected in the leaves polysaccharide saponins Ⅱ and Ⅶ, stem only detected polysaccharide saponins Ⅶ. The similarity of HPLC chromatograms of above-ground parts of leaves and stems of both Spartina alterniflora and Spartina alterniflora were lower, and the total mass fractions of Saponins Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅵ and Ⅶ in six populations reached the 2015 edition of “Chinese Pharmacopoeia ”The provisions of the standard. CONCLUSION: There are some differences in some leaves and stems of above-ground parts of Diannonglou and Diannonglou, but the effective components in the leaves of Diannongloulou are higher.
