城市二次供水自动监控调度服务系统,通过在二次供水泵站安装数据采集终端设备,采集现场供水压力、水箱水位、流量、水泵状态,水浸情况等数据,然后通过GPRS无线分组数据传输技术,实时将数据传输至二次供水管理部门的管理调度服务中心。便可以在该管理调度服务中心的监控终端上实时在线监控各个二次供水泵站的出口压力、进口流量、水箱水位,水泵运停状态等数据。如发现压力不足或过大、水位过高或过低、停水、漏水、停泵、水浸等现象,则立即报警通知泵站管理维护人员,以便进行快速处理。同时,还可根据采集传输回来的各种数据,用科技的手段对二次供水用户的用水情况进行监督控制,从而防止偷水、漏水情况的发生;对于生产管理部门,可根据各种历史数据,绘制每时、每日、每月的压力,流量曲线和数据报表,为水网的管理提供科学的决策依据,提高整个城市供水系统的智能化、信息化、科学化水平。系统工作原理水网无线监控管理系统包括3个部分:数据采集部分,数据传输部分和管理调度中心部分,系统整体框图如图1所示。
