目的将普米克令舒、沙丁胺醇、爱全乐加入百瑞压缩雾化吸入泵雾化吸入治疗喘息性疾病,以确立普米克令舒、沙丁胺醇、爱全乐在治疗喘息性疾病中的作用。方法选择2006年10月~2007年1月就诊于儿科门诊及住院患儿呼吸道感染402例,喘息发作68例。根据病史、临床表现、体征辅助检查均符合喘息性支气管炎、支气管哮喘、毛细支气管炎诊断标准,选择喘息发作时6小时内未吸入短小的支气管舒张剂;24小时内未用氨茶碱类及长效β2-受体激动剂类药物;24小时内未用激素类药物。同时排除早产儿、心血管疾病、支气管肺发育不良、漏斗胸、需重症监护及其它影响肺功能的疾病的患儿。在常规抗感染、吸氧、止咳、对症治疗的基础上,应用药物及设备:万托林、普米克令舒、爱全乐、德国百瑞公司的PARI压缩雾化吸入器、氧气驱动器。结果吸入药物后喘息明显改善,肺功能指标的变化:如喘息性支气管炎(既往有喘息1~2次)VT/kg、RR吸药前后差异无显著性意义;tPTEF/tE和VPEF/VE在吸药前后存在统计学差异,p<0.01。结论普米克令舒、爱全乐、沙丁胺醇治疗喘息性疾病作用好、起效快。
Objective Pulmicort, salbutamol, Aloe Vera is added to the Bray Compression Inhalation Pump inhalation therapy for asthmatic diseases to establish Pulmicort, Salbutamol, Aloe Vera in the treatment of asthmatic disease role. Methods From October 2006 to January 2007, 402 cases of pediatric outpatients and inpatients with respiratory tract infection and 68 cases of wheezing were selected. At the same time exclude children with preterm birth, cardiovascular disease, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, funnel chest, intensive care and other diseases that affect lung function. On the basis of conventional anti-infective, oxygen-absorbing, cough-relieving and symptomatic treatment, the drugs and equipment were applied: Wanlintin, Pulmicort, All-Fun, PARI Compression Inhalation and Oxygen Driver from BERKELEY AG. Results The wheezing was significantly improved after inhalation of the drug. The changes of pulmonary function indexes such as wheezing bronchitis (once or twice a day wheezing) VT / kg and RR had no significant difference before and after taking the drug; tPTEF / tE and VPEF / VE There was a statistical difference before and after inhalation, p <0.01. Conclusion Pulmicort respules, Atrazine, albuterol in the treatment of asthmatic diseases, rapid onset.
