城市社区卫生服务中心患者满意度调查

目的了解患者对城市社区卫生服务中心满意度情况,为促进社区卫生服务发展提供参考。方法 2012年3—7月对650例在社区卫生服务中心就医的患者进行调查,采取填写调查表方式对社区医疗服务满意度进行调查,有效问卷600份。结果患者对社区卫生服务中心的总体满意度较高,但在就诊流程、候诊时间、设备条件上,满意度一般所占比例最大,分别为47.0%、44.0%、48.0%。患者选择社区卫生服务中心的主要原因为距离近,占33.6%;患者主要以外来务工人员为主,占38.3%;医疗费用支付方式自费最多,占26.3%;认为医疗费用较为合理的占35.5%;居民对社区卫生服务的需求主要是觉病治疗,占38.0%。结论城市社区卫生服务中心还需大力发展首诊模式、加快医疗队伍建设、加大设备购置、完善就医环境及做好健康宣传教育工作,才能进一步提高患者满意度。 Objective To understand the patients’ satisfaction with urban community health service centers and provide references for the development of community health services. Methods From March to July in 2012, 650 patients who were seeking medical treatment in community health service center were investigated. The survey questionnaire was used to investigate the satisfaction degree of community medical service with 600 valid questionnaires. Results The overall satisfaction of patients with community health service centers was high. However, the satisfaction rate was the highest among 47.0%, 44.0% and 48.0% respectively in the treatment flow, waiting time and equipment condition. The main reasons for selecting community health service centers are 33.6% of the patients; the patients are mainly migrant workers, accounting for 38.3%; the medical expenses are paid by themselves at the most, accounting for 26.3%; the more reasonable medical expenses are accounting for 35.5% The residents’ demand for community health services is mainly to treat diseases, accounting for 38.0%. Conclusion Urban community health service centers need to further develop the first consultation mode, accelerate the construction of medical team, increase equipment purchase, improve medical environment and do well publicity and education so as to further improve patient satisfaction.
