目的 研究 7β -羟基胆固醇抗星形胶质细胞增生的作用及其意义。 方法 大鼠脑皮质注射铁离子致胶质细胞增生 ,损伤部位同时注入 7β -羟基胆固醇脂质悬液 ,用免疫组化和图像分析技术分析 7β -羟基胆固醇对胶质纤维酸性蛋白的影响。 结果 损伤周围皮质的胶质纤维酸性蛋白阳性反应细胞数降至与正常对照组相似。结论 7β -羟基胆固醇对星形胶质细胞有明显的抗增生作用 ,这为研究反应性胶质增生对脑损伤后的功能恢复的影响及涉及胶质增生的疾病的发病机制的研究提供依据或线索
Objective To study the effect of 7β - hydroxycholesterol on astrocyte proliferation and its significance. Methods The cortical neurons were injected into the cortex of the rat cortex to induce hyperplasia of glial cells. At the same time, 7β - hydroxycholesterol lipid suspension was infused into the injury site. The effect of 7β - hydroxycholesterol on glial fibrillary acidic protein was analyzed by immunohistochemistry and image analysis. Results The glial fibrillary acidic protein positive cells in the surrounding cortex decreased to the same level as the normal control group. Conclusions 7β - hydroxycholesterol has obvious anti - proliferative effect on astrocytes, which provides a basis for studying the effects of reactive glia on functional recovery after brain injury and the pathogenesis of glioma - related diseases or clue
