随着科技的进步,在冻结凿井领域提出了控制冻结技术。冻结器冷冻效率受多种因素影响,包括土层性质、冻结管直径、冻结孔间距、冻结时间、盐水温度及盐水流量。分析了冻结器单孔流量对热交换系数的影响研究得出:调节冻结器单孔流量可以改变其热交换系数,实现冻结过程的有效控制,可以为以后冻结控制技术的实施提供参考。
With the advancement of science and technology, a control freezing technique has been proposed in the field of freezing sinking. The freezing efficiency of the freezer is affected by many factors, including the nature of the soil, the diameter of the frozen pipe, the spacing of frozen holes, freezing time, brine temperature and brine flow. The influence of the single hole flow rate on the heat exchange coefficient was analyzed. The results show that adjusting the single hole flow rate can change the heat exchange coefficient and achieve effective control of the freezing process, which can provide reference for the implementation of the freezing control technology in the future.
