更快的调Q开关速度以进一步提高峰值功率并压缩脉宽将会使电光调Q技术在激光打孔、划片、雕刻和测距等领域得到更广泛的的应用。设计了一种新型的高速电光调Q开关驱动电源,包括高压电源、高速开关电路、触发电路和控制电路等,该驱动电源具有体积小、功耗低和工作寿命长等优点。经实验,下降沿在20ns以下,高压在2KV至5KV可调,重复频率可达10KHz。

A new high-speed electro-optical Q-switched drive power supply is designed, which includes high voltage power supply, high speed switch circuit, trigger circuit and control circuit. The drive power supply has the advantages of small size, low power consumption and long working life. After the experiment, the falling edge is under 20ns, the high voltage is adjustable from 2KV to 5KV, the repetition frequency can reach 10KHz.
