目的 观察单涎酸神经节苷酯 (GM1)对移植后的肾上腺髓质嗜铬细胞线粒体的作用。方法 体视学方法测量实验组和对照组线粒体的体积密度 (Vv)、面积密度 (Sv)、数密度 (Nv)、比表面 (δ)、平均体积 (V)。结果 实验组线粒体的Vv较对照组小 ,Sv较对照组大 ,Nv较对照组大 ,δ较对照组大 ,V较对照组小。结论 GM1能提高嗜铬细胞的成活率 ,促进嗜铬细胞功能增强 ,并促进其功能恢复 ,从而使帕金森病模型大鼠的诱发旋转行为得以明显改善。
Objective To observe the effect of monosialoganglioside (GM1) on mitochondria of adrenal medullary chromaffin cells after transplantation. Methods Stereological methods were used to measure the volume density (Vv), area density (Sv), number density (Nv), specific surface area (δ) and average volume (V) of mitochondria in experimental group and control group. Results The mitochondrial Vv in the experimental group was smaller than that in the control group, Sv was larger than that in the control group, Nv was larger than that in the control group, δ was larger than that in the control group, and V was smaller than that in the control group. Conclusion GM1 can improve the survival rate of pheochromocytoma, promote the enhancement of pheochromocytoma function and promote its function recovery, so that the induced rotation behavior of Parkinson ’s disease model rats can be significantly improved.
