通过训练大鼠在迷宫中的主动性条件回避反应学习记忆能力,观察了富含DHA的鱼油对大鼠记忆的影响。用DHA1.0g/kg、200mg/kg和40mg/kg分别给大鼠连续灌胃20d,每日2次。结果表明,DHA可减少对大鼠达标前所需的反应次数,提高正确反应率,改善记忆作用,并具有一定的量效关系。200mg/kg剂量的DHA能拮抗东莨菪碱所致的记忆障碍,提高记忆获得能力。
By training the rat’s active condition in the maze to avoid the learning and memory ability of the reaction, the effect of fish oil rich in DHA on the memory of rats was observed. The rats were continuously intragastrically administered with DHA 1.0 g/kg, 200 mg/kg and 40 mg/kg for 20 days, twice daily. The results show that DHA can reduce the number of reactions required before the rat reaches the standard, improve the correct response rate, improve memory, and has a certain dose-effect relationship. The dose of DHA at 200 mg/kg could antagonize the memory impairment caused by scopolamine and improve the memory acquisition ability.
