电子商务行业已进入竞争白热化阶段,这是一个烧钱的行业,而资金是稀缺资源,如果仍沿用传统行业的思维管理电子商务公司(以下简称:电商公司)的资金,必定难以经受市场的严峻考验。纵观不少经营受阻、无法大刀阔斧开拓市场、甚至难以为继的电商公司,最常见的原因是资金链恶化。笔者认为,良好的资金流是一个系统工程,从业务开始到结束的每一个环节都应把改善资金流纳入管理的目标当中。本文从几个重要的方面进行阐述,当中既涉及财务环节,又涉及非财务管控环节,旨在说明资金流管理是一个全员参与的庞大工程。
