从省级经济区角度分析转型时期我国区域产业政策实施机制，包括实施主客体、中介机构、实施手段、综合调控机制、动态协调机制和协商反馈机制，并以甘肃省为例探讨其在实践中的应用，以期为不同区域、同一区域不同发展阶段根据地区实际制定实施产业政策提供理论依据。
From the angle of provincial economic zone, this paper analyzes the implementation mechanism of China’s regional industrial policies during the transitional period, including the implementation of the main body, intermediaries, means of implementation, comprehensive regulation and control mechanism, dynamic coordination mechanism and consultation feedback mechanism, and discusses its practice in Gansu Province With a view to providing theoretical basis for different regions and different stages of development in the same region according to the actual formulation and implementation of industrial policies in the region.
