目的建立用HPLC同时测定裕丹参中丹参酮ⅡA、隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ、二氢丹参酮、丹参素、丹酚酸B、迷迭香酸、紫草酸共8种活性成分含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Eclipse XDB-C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸梯度洗脱,流速1.0 ml/min,紫外检测波长280 nm,柱温35℃。结果 8种成分均达到基线分离,线性关系良好(r≥0.9998),平均加样回收率为99.80%~103.89%,RSD<2.50%。结论该方法灵敏、准确、可靠、重复性好,可用于丹参药材的质量评价。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 8 active ingredients of Yudanson in tanshinone Ⅱ A, cryptotanshinone, tanshinone Ⅰ, dihydrotanshinone, danshensu, salvianolic acid B, rosmarinic acid and lithichroma acid by HPLC. Methods The column was Eclipse XDB-C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of gradient elution of acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid. The flow rate was 1.0 ml / min. The UV detection wavelength was 280 nm and the column temperature was 35 ℃. Results All the eight components had good linearity (r≥0.9998). The average recovery was 99.80% ~ 103.89% with RSD <2.50%. Conclusion The method is sensitive, accurate, reliable and reproducible. It can be used for the quality evaluation of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae.
