本研究以能力素质认知为理论基础,采用问卷调查法和访谈法,选择一个样本群体对国企人力资源管理者情况进行调查,寻找国企人力资源管理者能力素质的认知差异,指出人力资源管理者培养模式存在的问题,并针对性地提出建议。
This study, based on the theory of ability and quality cognition, adopts questionnaire and interview to select a sample group to investigate the situation of human resource managers in state-owned enterprises and find out the cognitive difference of human resource managers’ability and quality in state-owned enterprises. It points out that human resource management Problems in training mode and make recommendations in a targeted manner.
