为改善发动机运转时的平衡特性,以减小振动和噪声,延长使用寿命,除了对曲轴一类旋转部件进行平衡外,还应对连杆配重问题给以足够重视,本文在分析连杆运动和惯性力的基础上,提出了多缸发动机的配重问题及提高连杆配重精度的途径。 In order to reduce the vibration and noise and prolong the service life, in order to improve the balancing characteristics of the engine during operation, in addition to balancing the rotating components such as the crankshaft, the weight of the connecting rod should be paid enough attention. In this paper, Based on the inertia force, the counterweight problem of multi-cylinder engine and the way to improve the accuracy of the connecting rod weight are put forward.
