目的探讨四川南部未受地震影响的农村地区留守儿童心理弹性的影响因素,为留守儿童心理健康教育干预提供依据。方法抽取未受地震影响的2所四川省农村初中所有初一年级留守儿童374人采用青少年心理弹性量表和青少年社会支持评价量表进行自填式问卷调查。结果不同性别、不同留守类型、不同看护人的留守儿童的心理弹性差异无统计学意义(P值均>0.05);心理弹性的影响因素为社会支持、父母关心程度、看护人的要求程度、自评学习成绩。结论从父母、看护人以及社会支持网络等外部保护因素出发,采取干预措施,提高农村留守儿童的心理弹性,是合理的也是可行的。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of left-behind children’s psychological resilience in rural areas of southern Sichuan that are not affected by earthquakes and to provide evidences for mental health education of left-behind children. METHODS: A total of 374 left-behind children from 2 junior high schools in rural areas of Sichuan Province who were not affected by the earthquake were recruited to carry out self-administered questionnaires using the Scale for Adolescent Mental Flexibility and the Scale of Social Support for Adolescent. Results There was no significant difference in mental resilience between left-behind children with different gender, different left-behind type and different caregivers (P> 0.05). The factors influencing psychological resilience were social support, parental care, caregiver requirements, Assessment of academic performance. Conclusion It is reasonable and feasible to adopt interventions to improve the psychological resilience of left-behind children in rural areas based on external protection factors such as parents, caregivers and social support networks.
