据有关部门不完全统计,截至2005年底我国中小型化工企业有2500多家,其中一部分企业产生的尾(废)气未经利用就直接排放至大气中。这样既污染了大气环境,又是一种能源的浪费。管壳式余热锅炉因其结构简单、制造方便等优点,近年来越来越得到许多冶炼、化工用户的青睐。其大量使用既解决了尾(废)气的能源再利用问题;同时又降低了尾(废)气的排放温度,减少了尾(废)气达标排放处理的难度和费用,进而更加符合经济可持续发展和环保的要求。
According to incomplete statistics of relevant departments, as of the end of 2005, there were more than 2,500 small and medium sized chemical enterprises in our country, some of which produced tail gas (waste gas) that was directly discharged to the atmosphere without being used. This not only pollutes the atmosphere, but also a waste of energy.
