  Long long ago, there was a little boy named(名叫) Lu Ji. He was only six years old, but he was very clever and kind*.
  One day, Lu Ji’s father took him to visit a friend named Yuan Shu.* Yuan Shu gave Lu Ji some oranges. Lu Ji loved the oranges very much, and he put three oranges in his sleeves(袖子) secretly*.

  When Lu Ji said goodbye to Yuan Shu, he bowed(鞠躬) and the three oranges in his sleeves rolled out*.
  Yuan Shu said, “My boy, why did you hide the three oranges? It’s not polite(礼貌的) to do that as a guest.*” Lu Ji answered, “Sorry, Uncle Yuan. I think the oranges are very sweet*, so I want to take some home for my mum.”
