目的:对红藻小珊瑚藻Corallina pilulifera进行了化学成分研究。方法:利用正相硅胶柱色谱、Sepha-dex LH-20柱色谱、反相HPLC及重结晶等方法进行分离纯化。用MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,DEPT等鉴定化合物的结构。通过MTT法对单体化合物进行细胞毒活性筛选。结果:从红藻小珊瑚藻中分离并鉴定了7个化合物,分别为(E)-phytol epoxide(1),phytenal(2),phytol(3),dehydrovom ifoliol(4),loliolide(5),3-βhydroxy-5,α6-αepoxy-7-m e-gastigm ene-9-one(6),4-hydroxybenzaldehyde(7)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从本种海藻中分离得到。细胞毒活性试验结果显示所有化合物在质量浓度为10μg.mL-1均无明显细胞毒活性。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of Coralina pilulifera. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by normal phase silica gel column chromatography, Sepha-dex LH-20 column chromatography, reverse phase HPLC and recrystallization. The structures of the compounds were identified by MS, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, DEPT and the like. Monomeric compounds were screened for cytotoxic activity by MTT assay. Results: Seven compounds were isolated and identified from Coral Algae, namely (E)-phytol epoxide (1), phytenal (2), phytol (3), dehydrovom ifoliol (4), and loliolide (5). 3-βhydroxy-5, α6-αepoxy-7-m e-gastigm ene-9-one (6), 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde (7). Conclusion: All compounds were isolated from this species for the first time. Cytotoxic activity test results showed that all compounds had no cytotoxic activity at a mass concentration of 10 μg.mL-1.
