[目的]探讨分形维参数及异质性参数对鉴别乳腺良恶性病变的诊断价值。[方法]对经病理证实的20例乳腺浸润性导管癌及20例乳腺纤维腺瘤的数字钼靶图像进行分析,对肿瘤边界的分形维参数Df和肿瘤内部的异质性参数H进行定量评估。[结果]乳腺浸润性导管癌和纤维腺瘤的分形维参数Df值分别为1.204、1.135,有显著性差异(P<0.001);异质性参数H值分别为0.444、0.237,有显著性差异(P<0.001)。[结论]应用分形维参数及肿瘤内部异质性参数对鉴别乳腺良恶性肿瘤有一定的诊断价值。
[Objective] To investigate the diagnostic value of fractal dimension parameters and heterogeneity parameters in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions. [Methods] The digital mammography images of 20 cases of breast invasive ductal carcinoma and 20 cases of fibroadenoma of the breast confirmed by pathology were analyzed. The fractal dimension Df of the tumor border and the heterogeneous parameter H of the tumor were quantitatively evaluated . [Results] The fractal dimension parameters Df of invasive ductal carcinoma and fibroadenoma of breast were 1.204,1.135, respectively (P <0.001). The heterogeneity parameters H were 0.444,0.237, respectively, with significant difference (P <0.001). [Conclusion] The application of fractal dimension parameters and tumor internal heterogeneity parameters have certain diagnostic value in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors.
