事业单位实行公开招聘是国家深化干部人事制度改革的一项重要举措,是规范事业单位进人的有效途径。高校隶属于事业单位范畴,因自身的特殊性,其公开招聘工作的顺利进行是值得思考和探索的。本文提出了在高校公开招聘中存在的问题,并运用人力资源管理的理论和方法,对改进高校公开招聘工作提出了一些想法。
The public recruitment of public institutions is an important measure for deepening the reform of the cadre and personnel system in the country and an effective way to standardize the access of public institutions. Colleges and universities belong to the category of institutions, because of their own particularities, the smooth progress of its open recruitment is worth pondering and exploring. This paper puts forward some problems in open recruitment in colleges and universities, and applies the theories and methods of human resource management to put forward some suggestions to improve the open recruitment in colleges and universities.
