采用双亲本杂交设计法,研究了芥菜氨基酸含量及成分的遗传。结果表明,芥菜氨基酸总量表现为数量遗传性状,世代均值分析表明符合“加性显性”效应模型,加性方差明显高于显性方差,控制该性的基因表现加性效应和不完全显性效应,至少有2对有效基因控制氨基酸含量,遗传力不高(H~2_B=51.60%,H~2_N=42.20%)。各种氨基酸含量的遗传表现与氨基酸总量的表现相似,在品质育种方法上,宜采取重组育种法,在晚期世代进行选择可能会收到良好的效果。
