Heart failure is the terminal phase of various types of heart disease. Patients with heart failure often repeatedly hospitalized, poor quality of life, to the family and the community a heavy burden. Studies have shown that controlling heart rate can improve cardiac contractility, reduce energy expenditure, improve energy supply and improve the prognosis of cardiovascular disease (1). In our study, patients with chronic heart failure in our hospital were randomly divided into drug-controlled heart rate control group and conventional treatment control group to explore the relationship between heart rate and its prognosis in patients with intensive-controlled chronic heart failure. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Clinical data selected from July 2014 to June 2015 in Jiulongpo District People’s Hospital of Chongqing Cardiovascular Respiratory 112 cases of chronic heart failure patients. Inclusion criteria: (1) left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) ≤ 40%; (2) New York Heart Function Score
