履行社会责任是企业满足股东及利益相关者利益有效选择之一。近些年,企业社会责任受到了广泛的关注,并得到了深入的研究。本文基于对企业社会责任概念的探讨,分层次对企业社会责任内涵进行分析,并根据我国现状提出若干改进建议。 Fulfilling social responsibilities is one of the effective choices for the enterprise to satisfy the interests of shareholders and stakeholders. In recent years, corporate social responsibility has received widespread attention and has been studied in depth. Based on the discussion of the concept of corporate social responsibility, this article analyzes the connotation of corporate social responsibility at different levels and puts forward some suggestions for improvement according to the current situation in our country.
