单位工作涵盖了科技、教育、文化、卫生等诸多社会服务领域,作为兼具公务员和企业形式的单位,如何做好公开招聘工作,确保招聘人员的专业技能和综合素质水平,成为当前单位公开招聘所要考虑的实际问题。我国自2013年开始试点实行单位人事制度改革,在落实公开招聘制度、规范人员薪酬管理等方面进行了积极探索和实践。文章首先指出了单位公开招聘的背景,随后就其招聘流程进行了概述,最后分析了其招聘效果和启示。
The work of the unit covers many fields of social services such as science and technology, education, culture and health.
