为了明确抗源大秋其的衍生品系多抗1号对稻瘿蚊抗性的遗传背景,测定了多抗1号与感稻瘿蚊品种及不同抗稻瘿蚊基因抗源的杂交F_1、F_2、F_3和T_1的抗性,分析抗性分离比例,研究多抗1号对稻瘿蚊抗性遗传方式及其与一些有代表性抗源抗性基因的等位性关系。结果表明,多抗1号对广东稻瘿蚊的抗性由显性主基因控制。它的抗稻瘿蚊基因Gm-6与Leuang152、BG404-1、OB677的抗稻瘿蚊基因不等位,与羊山占的抗稻瘿蚊基因连锁,与ARC5984的抗稻瘿蚊基因gm-3是不同的抗稻瘿蚊基因。
In order to clarify the genetic background of the resistance of Douchi 1 to Douchi 1, a derivative of Duochong 1, the F 1, F 2 , F_3 and T_1, and analyzed the segregation ratio of resistance, and studied the genetic relationship between Duochong 1 and the resistance genes of rice gall midge and its allelic relationship with some representative resistance genes. The results showed that the resistance of Dukang 1 to M. gigas was controlled by dominant dominant gene. Its anti-Gallid mosquito gene Gm-6 and Leuang152, BG404-1, OB677 anti-Galliformes mosquitoes gene is not the same, and Yangshan accounted for the resistance of rice gall midge mosquito genes, and ARC5984 anti-Galliformes mosquito gene gm- 3 are different genes against rice gall midge.
