本文以臂摇钻床为例,说明了通用机床主传动系统优化的设计方法。介绍了在IBM—PC微型计算机上通过的、用FOTRAN语言编制的通用程序,论述了混合惩罚函数法及程序的编制过程以及优化结果,与国产摇臂钻床设计参数对比,说明该程序的可行性。
In this paper, an arm-arm drilling machine is taken as an example to illustrate the optimization design method of the main drive system of a universal machine tool. This paper introduces a general program written in FOTRAN which is passed on IBM-PC microcomputer, discusses the preparation process of mixed penalty function method and program and the optimization result. Compared with the design parameters of domestic radial drilling machine, it shows the feasibility of the program .
