疟疾和登革热是人类最常见的虫媒传染病,对人类造成了很大的公共卫生危害,广泛分布于亚洲、美洲和非洲的热带地区,它们的疫区在很大的区域内重叠,患者合并感染登革热和疟疾是有可能的。关于登革热和疟疾合并感染的文献鲜见报道,世界上首次关于2种疾病合并感染的病例报道出现在2005年[1],近年来国内陆续有这2种疾病合并感染病例的报道[2-3]。2012年8月杭州市上城区确诊了1例疟疾和登革热合并感染病例,现将病例
Malaria and dengue are the most common human-borne infectious diseases, causing great public health hazards to human beings. They are widely distributed in the tropical regions of Asia, the Americas and Africa. Their epidemic areas overlap in a large area. Patients are merged Dengue and malaria are possible. The literature on dengue and malaria-associated infections is rarely reported. The world’s first case of co-infection with two diseases was reported in 2005 [1]. In recent years, there have been reports of cases of co-infection of these two diseases in China [2-3 ]. In August 2012, one case of malaria and dengue infection was diagnosed in Shangcheng District of Hangzhou City.
