针对图书馆知识服务相关研究论文,采用关键词词频统计方法、可视化分析方法等,对知识服务的热点进行研究。利用EXCEL VBA编程、tagxedo和UCINET等可视化软件确定高频关键词,构建高频关键词共现关系,勾勒出图书馆知识服务的研究热点。按照知识服务主体、服务形式、技术、服务手段等,对关键词进行分类,从不同角度分析知识服务的研究现状,发现图书馆知识服务更加强调个性化、深层次的服务。并提出知识服务今后的努力方向,包括提高人员素质,加强服务实践并不断探索与创新。 Aiming at the research papers related to library knowledge service, this paper studies the hot spots of knowledge service by using the method of word frequency and statistics, visual analysis and so on. The use of EXCEL VBA programming, tagxedo and UCINET and other visualization software to identify high-frequency keywords, the construction of high-frequency co-occurrence of key words, outline the knowledge of library services research hot spots. According to the main body of knowledge service, service form, technology, service means and so on, it classified the key words and analyzed the research status of knowledge service from different perspectives. It found that the library knowledge service emphasized more individualized and deeper service. And put forward the future direction of knowledge service, including improving the quality of personnel, strengthening service practice and continuous exploration and innovation.
