目的探讨周围型肺癌中p16表达与血管生成及CT增强的关系。方法23例周围型肺癌术前进行动态CT扫描,测各延迟时间段的CT增强值;术后组织标本的MVD、VEGF表达、p16表达用免疫组化法检测。结果p16表达与VEGF表达有负相关趋势,但无显著性。病灶在延迟30s时间段的CT增强值与MVD的相关系数最高,Ρ=0.9364。p16表达阴性组的平均MVD、延迟30s段的平均CT增强值高于p16表达阳性组,亦无显著性差异。结论p16表达缺失对周围型肺癌的血管生成可能有促进作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between p16 expression and angiogenesis and CT enhancement in peripheral lung cancer. Methods Twenty-three patients with peripheral lung cancer underwent dynamic CT scan before operation, and the CT enhancement values were measured at each delay time. The expression of MVD, VEGF and p16 were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results There was a negative correlation between p16 expression and VEGF expression, but no significant difference. The correlation between CT enhancement value and MVD was the highest at the time of 30s, P = 0.9364. The average MVD in p16-negative group was significantly higher than that in p16-positive group at 30s delay, nor was there any significant difference. Conclusion The loss of p16 expression may promote the angiogenesis of peripheral lung cancer.
