目的:探讨洗痔Ⅰ号熏洗液治疗内外痔的途径和疗效。方法采用本院名医中药处方(苦参、五倍子、乌梅、川椒等)制成熏洗液治疗本病120例,并设对照组用1∶5000高锰酸钾水溶液坐浴治疗30例。结果治疗组痊愈率为71%,对照组为33%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论洗痔Ⅰ号熏洗液治疗内外痔使用方便,效果显著。 Objective: To investigate the way and efficacy of Xiehao No. Methods 120 cases of the disease were treated with prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine (Zushen, Galla, Wumei, Chuanjiao, etc.), and 30 cases were treated with a 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution in the control group.
