本文基于损伤热力学理论基础,研究探讨了电化学能在内的损伤热力学关系。通过引入腐蚀损伤过程中的能量耗散,建立了腐蚀电流和质量损失的损伤,为开展研究环境腐蚀和应力协同作用机理建立了基础。重点分析Q345R在特定介质下随载荷作用增加,在自然状态、弹性变形、塑性变形状态下的失效行为,分析了材料在腐蚀介质和载荷协同作用下的失效行为和机理。
Based on the theoretical basis of damage thermodynamics, the paper explores the damage thermodynamics of electrochemical energy. By introducing the energy dissipation in the process of corrosion damage, the damage of corrosion current and mass loss is established, which establishes the foundation for studying the mechanism of environmental corrosion and stress synergy. The failure behavior of Q345R under natural conditions, elastic deformation and plastic deformation was analyzed emphatically. The failure behavior and mechanism of Q345R under medium and load of corrosive media were analyzed.
