喷灌作为一种先进的灌溉技术在睢县已经引进示范20多年了,但这么长时间以来该项灌水技术并未得到大面积的推广应用,带着这种疑问笔者走访了曾经实施过喷灌工程项目的村庄,发现当年所建工程很多都已损坏不复存在了,通过与当地群众面对面的交谈,掌握了喷灌在睢县难以大面积推广应用的一些深层次的原因。结合当前我国粮食生产政策和农村出现的新情况,为更好地推广喷灌这项先进的灌水技术,以睢县为例笔者再谈几点新的认识。文章以睢县为例,根据工作实践,结合当前粮食安全生产出现的新情况,笔者再次分析了喷灌作为一种先进的灌水技术多年来在睢县仍未得到大面积推广应用的原因,并探索提出了解决这一难题的方法和途径。
