国务院办公厅、中央军委办公厅日前转发民政部、总参谋部等《关于深入贯彻〈退役士兵安置条例〉扎实做好退役士兵安置工作的意见》。《意见》指出,要全力推进自主就业退役士兵免费教育培训。按照“政府主导、个人自愿、城乡一体、免费参加”的基本要求,最大限度满足退役士兵接受各类职业教育和技能培训的需求。《意见》强调,要大力扶持自主就业退役士兵就业创业。《意见》指出,要采取有力措施保障符合政府安排工作条件的退役士兵就业。机关、团体、企事业单位及各类 The General Office of the State Council and the General Office of the Central Military Commission have recently forwarded the opinions of the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the General Staff Department on thoroughly implementing the Regulations on the Resettlement of Soldiers for Demobilization and Doing Well the Resettlement of Soldiers Retired. The “Opinions” pointed out that we should make every effort to promote free education and training for self-employed demobilized soldiers. According to the basic requirements of “government-led, individual voluntary, urban-rural integration and free participation”, the maximum requirement for retired soldiers receiving various types of vocational education and skills training is met. The Opinion stresses that we should vigorously support employment and retiring of self-employed and retired soldiers. The Opinion pointed out that vigorous measures should be taken to ensure the employment of ex-soldiers who meet the government’s working conditions.
