钩端螺旋体外膜蛋白在钩端螺旋体病的致病和免疫应答过程中起着十分重要的作用,也是未来新一代疫苗开发的主要候选者。本文主要对钩端螺旋体外膜蛋白的基因结构、在感染动物中的表达状态、致病机制、在免疫保护中的特性以及在血清诊断中的应用等进行综述。 Leptospiral outer membrane proteins play a very important role in the pathogenesis and immune response of leptospirosis and are also the major candidates for the development of a new generation of vaccines in the future. This review summarizes the gene structure of leptospiral outer membrane proteins, their expression status in infected animals, their pathogenesis, their properties in immune protection and their applications in serum diagnosis.
