目的:研究马蹄莲中的植物甾醇成分。方法:应用多种色谱手段进行分离纯化,通过UV、IR、~1H NMR、~(13)C NMR、GC- MS等技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果:分离得到3个甾醇化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇(1)、豆甾醇(2)和菜籽甾醇(3)。结论:化合物β-谷甾醇、豆甾醇、菜籽甾醇均系首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the composition of phytosterols in calla lily. Methods: A variety of chromatographic methods were used for separation and purification. The structures of the compounds were identified by UV, IR, ~1H NMR, ~(13)C NMR and GC-MS. Results: Three sterol compounds were isolated, namely β-sitosterol (1), stigmasterol (2) and rapeseed sterol (3). CONCLUSION: Compounds β-sitosterol, stigmasterol, and rapeseed sterols were isolated from this plant for the first time.
