开展了钢板与Al-28Pb半固态浆料的铸轧复合研究,利用界面铁铝化合物比率定量地确定了复合板的界面结构,得到了界面结构对界面力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,界面铁铝化合物比率与界面剪切强度之间存在非线性关系,当界面铁铝化合物比率小于70%时,界面剪切强度随着界面铁铝化合物比率的增大而逐渐增大;当界面铁铝化合物比率大于70%时,界面剪切强度随着界面铁铝化合物比率的增大而逐渐减小;当界面铁铝化合物比率为70%左右时,可得到复合界面最大界面剪切强度约为70MPa。
The casting and rolling compounding of steel plate and Al-28Pb semi-solid slurry was carried out. The interface structure of the composite plate was quantitatively determined by the ratio of iron-aluminum compound interface. The influence of the interface structure on the mechanical properties of the interface was obtained. The results show that there is a nonlinear relationship between the ratio of Fe - Al and the interfacial shear strength. When the Fe / Al ratio is less than 70%, the interfacial shear strength increases with the increase of Fe / Al interface ratio. When the ratio of Fe-Al is greater than 70%, the interfacial shear strength decreases with the increase of Fe-Al interfacial ratio. When the Fe-Al compound ratio is about 70%, the maximum interfacial shear The strength is about 70MPa.
