目的了解河南省基层卫生人员的心理状况,为培训班学员的教育指导、技能提高和心理咨询提供理论依据和合理建议。方法采用SCL-90自测量表对566名河南省基层卫生培训学员进行问卷调查、个别谈话。结果研究对象的心理健康状况相对较差,焦虑、恐怖和精神病性三项与全国常模比呈高度显著性差异(P<0.001);但人际关系敏感与全国常模相比分数超低于常模(P<0.001)。结论对基层卫生人员的培训应因材施教,引导其培养良好的学习心理和学习习惯,增强自信心,全面提高学员的整体素质。
Objective To understand the psychological status of grassroots health workers in Henan Province and provide theoretical basis and reasonable suggestions for the training guidance, skills improvement and psychological counseling of the training students. Methods A questionnaire survey and individual interviews were conducted among 566 grass-roots health training students in Henan Province using the SCL-90 self-measurement table. Results The mental health status of the study subjects was relatively poor, and the anxiety, terror and psychoticism were highly significantly different from the national norm (P<0.001); however, the scores of the interpersonal relationship sensitivity were lower than the national norm. Mod (P<0.001). Conclusion The training of grassroots health personnel should be taught according to their aptitude, guide them to cultivate a good learning psychology and learning habits, enhance their self-confidence, and comprehensively improve the overall quality of students.
