目的:探讨氧化应激与高同型半胱氨酸血症(HHcy)的关联性,浅析HHcy可能致病机制。方法:于2014-10-2015-05连续收集67例HHcy患者,另筛选34例健康体检者(对照组)。分别进行血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、丙二醛(MDA)水平检测,并进一步分析SOD、T-AOC、MDA与Hcy之间的相关性。结果:HHcy患者血清MDA、T-AOC水平均高于正常对照组(U=471.5,P<0.01;U=186,P<0.01),而SOD含量低于正常对照组(U=194,P<0.01)。HHcy病情中度组相比轻度组间,仅MDA水平升高(U=245,P=0.006),其他指标在2组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。此外,研究结果表明Hcy水平与MDA、TAOC呈正相关性,与SOD呈负相关性。结论:HHcy患者体内氧化作用与抗氧化作用失衡,导致清除自由基能力明显降低,致使自由基在体内大量蓄积,进一步促进细胞或组织的损伤,通过对SOD、T-AOC、MDA氧化应激指标的检测,可为HHcy患者的致病机制、预防及抗氧化治疗奠定基础。
Objective: To investigate the association between oxidative stress and hyperhomocysteinemia (HHcy) and to analyze the possible pathogenesis of HHcy. Methods: A total of 67 HHcy patients were collected from 2014-10-2015-05, and 34 healthy subjects (control group) were screened. The serum levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD), total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured respectively. The correlations between SOD, T-AOC, MDA and Hcy were also analyzed. Results: The levels of serum MDA and T-AOC in HHcy patients were significantly higher than those in normal controls (U = 471.5, P <0.01; U = 186, P <0.01) 0.01). Compared with the mild HHcy group, only MDA level increased (U = 245, P = 0.006). There was no significant difference in other indexes between the two groups (P> 0.05). In addition, the results show that the level of Hcy and MDA, TAOC was positively correlated with SOD was negatively correlated. Conclusions: The imbalance of oxidation and antioxidation in HHcy patients leads to a significant decrease of free radical scavenging capacity, resulting in a large accumulation of free radicals in the body to further promote cell or tissue injury. By analyzing the indexes of SOD, T-AOC, MDA oxidative stress Test, which can lay the foundation for the pathogenesis, prevention and anti-oxidation therapy of HHcy patients.
