我矿废堆卷扬机的大齿轮,直径976mm,齿宽B=100mm,齿数Z=120,模数M=8,材质为球墨铸铁。在提升废石运行过程中有二处三齿从齿根部位断裂,并每个断齿根部有大小不同的气孔缺陷。判断分析原因,确认为因该齿轮铸造缺陷所致,故修复该齿轮时应考虑先用堆焊消除气孔,再上刨铣?
