本文通过研究安装支架受力情况,运用Pro/E软件建立三维模型,将模型输入ANSYS软件进行有限元分析,在分析其失效机理的基础上得出了该型飞机安装支架的维修方案。并通过对具体维修方案的建模和ANSYS分析,验证了其合理性和可行性,为后续具体实施维修提供了理论依据和方法。
In this paper, by studying the force of the mounting bracket, using Pro / E software to build a three-dimensional model, the model input ANSYS software for finite element analysis, based on the analysis of the failure mechanism based on the aircraft mounting bracket maintenance program. Through the modeling and ANSYS analysis of the specific maintenance scheme, the rationality and feasibility of the scheme are verified, which provides the theoretical basis and method for the concrete implementation and maintenance.
