Mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPKs) signaling pathway is an important signal transduction pathway in vivo, which is mainly involved in the regulation of cell proliferation, growth, differentiation, apoptosis and inflammatory response and other physiological and pathological processes. MAPKs signaling pathway plays an important regulatory role in the pathological process of a variety of cardiovascular diseases. A variety of acute severe diseases caused by atherosclerosis (AS) seriously endanger the health of human beings. The incidence rate is increasing year by year. However, the molecular mechanism of the development of atherosclerosis is not fully understood. In recent years, the role of MAPKs signaling pathway in the development of atherosclerosis (AS) has become a hot topic.
