国有企业的年轻干部选拔工作,关系着国有企业的持续健康稳定发展。当前,在国有企业中还存在着许多陈旧的错误用人观念。必须确立新的用人观念,拓宽选贤任能视野,不拘一格选拔人才,要进一步解放思想,破老框框,立新观念,树立用人看主流、看本质、看发展的思想;破论资排辈的旧观念,树立不拘一格选人才的思想;破除平衡照顾,感情用事的旧观念,树立注重实绩,择优竞争的用人思想;破除陈腐落后的不合适宜的规章制度,创造优秀年轻干部脱颖而出的环境和条件。
The selection of young cadres in state-owned enterprises has a bearing on the sustained, healthy and stable development of state-owned enterprises.
