在完成整个跳远的过程中,起跳技术是衔接助跑与腾空的中心环节,也是运动员创造优异运动成绩的必要保障.通过两台JVC9800高速摄相机和Ariel图像解析系统对8名优秀男子跳远运动员进行运动学分析.结果表明:现阶段我国优秀男子跳远运动员着地角、扇面角和蹬地角都与国外运动员具有显著性的差异;缓冲时间过长,起跳瞬间身体重心投影点较远,是影响快速支撑蹬伸起跳的因素,增强起跳腿的力量有助于提高跳远的成绩;起跳瞬间踝关节角和膝关节角较小,髋关节角度与世界优秀运动员较为接近;腾起水平速度高于国外选手,但是腾起的垂直速度比国外运动员低.
