常规的备自投装置只利用本地信息来制定相应的动作策略,动作逻辑固定,只能适应特定的运行方式。文中提出一种基于能量管理系统(EMS)的广域备自投控制系统,在控制中心建立广域备自投模型,实现实时的恢复控制。同时,系统拓展了备自投的功能,解决了单电源串行供电故障时的恢复供电问题。该系统在信息获取、控制策略形成和控制措施执行的整个过程中,综合利用全网信息,实现备自投与安全稳定装置的协调动作。另外,系统自动对控制策略和电网的安全性进行校核或调整,提高了备自投动作策略的安全性。工程应用表明了所开发系统的实用性。
Conventional spare devices only use the local information to develop the appropriate action strategy, action logic is fixed, only to adapt to a particular mode of operation. In this paper, a wide area backup self-vote control system based on Energy Management System (EMS) is proposed, and a wide area backup model is established in the control center to realize real-time recovery control. At the same time, the system expands the function of self-switching and solves the problem of power recovery in the event of a single power supply failure. In the whole process of information acquisition, control strategy formation and control measures implementation, the system makes full use of the whole network information to realize the coordinated action of equipment and safety and stability equipment. In addition, the system automatically checks or adjusts the control strategy and grid security, and improves the security of the backup strategy. Engineering application shows the practicality of the developed system.
