Compulsory education “Sports and Health Curriculum Standards” (2011 edition) proposes that both primary and junior high school should pay attention to the selection of martial arts and other national and folk traditional sports activities for learning [1]. Undoubtedly, this has played a role as a “document guideline” for the sustainable development of martial arts programs in primary and secondary schools. However, after investigation and experimentation, the author found that the biggest difficulty in the construction of the characteristics of the junior middle school martial arts project is “expensive interest, difficulty in keeping fun; superficial teaching is easy and in-depth learning is difficult; start-up is easy, and promotion is difficult”. This is a bottleneck encountered by the country’s current promotion of martial arts projects on campus. “Students like martial arts, but do not like martial arts classes”[2]
