阐述了熔体泵的应用、结构及双驱动熔体泵的特点,对双驱动熔体泵的齿轮转子结构参数和熔体泵的性能参数进行模块化设计,提高了设计计算过程的效率。根据熔体泵输送介质为高聚物的特殊性,对齿轮转子的齿形部分进行改进,可增加泵的几何排量,增幅约为5%。
The application and structure of the melt pump and the characteristics of the double-driven melt pump are expounded. The structural parameters of the gear and rotor of the double-driven melt pump and the performance parameters of the melt pump are designed in a modular manner, which improves the efficiency of the design and calculation process. According to the particularity of the polymer in the conveying medium of the melt pump, the tooth profile of the gear rotor is improved to increase the geometric displacement of the pump by about 5%.
