目的 :初步探讨Hp菌株cagA、picB基因表达与胃粘膜IL - 8分泌 ,消化性溃疡发病的关系。方法 :采用分离培养技术行Hp培养 ;PCR扩增技术检测cagA、picB基因表达 ,ELISA法检测胃窦部IL - 8表达水平。结果 :消化性溃疡患者胃窦部粘膜IL - 8表达水平显著高于慢性胃炎患者 (t=15 .5 2 ,P <0 .0 1) ;消化性溃疡患者中cagA+ / picB+ 菌株感染率显著高于慢性胃炎患者 (χ2 =9.99,P <0 .0 1) ;cagA+ / picB+ 菌株感染者胃窦粘膜IL - 8表达水平显著高于cagA-/ picB-菌株感染者 (t=5 .43,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :IL - 8在Hp相关性消化性溃疡中起重要作用 ;cagA+ / picB+ 菌株感染可能与消化性溃疡的发病有关
Objective: To investigate the relationship between cagA, picB gene expression and secretion of IL - 8 in gastric mucosa and pathogenesis of peptic ulcer in Hp strain. Methods: Hp culture was performed by isolation culture technique. The expression of cagA and picB gene was detected by PCR amplification. The expression of IL - 8 in gastric antrum was detected by ELISA. Results: The expression of IL - 8 in gastric mucosa of patients with peptic ulcer was significantly higher than that of patients with chronic gastritis (t = 15.52, P <0.01). The infection rate of cagA + / picB + strains in patients with peptic ulcer was significantly higher The expression of IL - 8 in antral mucosa of patients with chronic gastritis (χ2 = 9.99, P <0.01) was significantly higher than that of cagA- / picB- infected patients (t = 5.43, P <0 .0 1). Conclusion: IL - 8 plays an important role in Hp - related peptic ulcer. The infection of cagA + / picB + strain may be related to the pathogenesis of peptic ulcer
