目的:了解我国采供血机构集中化检测的开展情况。方法:以发放调查表的方式,对全国357个采供血机构开展集中化检测的时间、范围、项目等情况进行调查,对相关信息进行汇总和统计分析。结果:全国共有67家市地级以上采供血机构开展了不同程度的区域性集中化检测工作,有3个省、2个自治区实现全部或部分采供血机构的跨区集中化检测;直辖市中仅上海实现了对区县级血站的集中化检测;检测的项目全部含有酶免4项,ALT、ABO血型、RH(D)血型的检测各机构稍有差异。结论:集中化检测模式是发展趋势,我国应根据各省、区自身条件,开展循序渐进的集中化检测模式。
Objective: To understand the implementation of centralized testing of blood collection and delivery agencies in China. Methods: By means of issuing questionnaires, the time, scope and project of centralized testing of 357 blood collection and supply institutions across the country were investigated, and the relevant information was summarized and statistically analyzed. Results: A total of 67 blood collection and delivery agencies above the prefecture level and above carried out regional centralized testing to varying degrees. Three provinces and two autonomous regions carried out centralized and centralized testing of all or part of blood collection and supply institutions. Among the municipalities Shanghai achieved centralized testing of district blood stations; all items tested contained 4 enzyme-free tests, with slight differences in the detection of ALT, ABO, and RH (D) blood groups. Conclusion: The centralized detection mode is the development trend. China should carry out the gradual and centralized detection mode according to the conditions of each province and district.
