在普通混凝土钢筋锈蚀研究的基础上,围绕粉煤灰混凝土中钢筋锈蚀机理、影响粉煤灰混凝土中钢筋锈蚀的因素以及粉煤灰混凝土保护层锈胀开裂条件等内容展开,并通过电化学快速锈蚀的方法进行粉煤灰混凝土保护层锈胀开裂试验,对影响粉煤灰混凝土保护层锈胀开裂的因素进行了分析。研究结果表明:随着水胶比、粉煤灰掺量及保护层厚度与钢筋直径比值的增加,粉煤灰混凝土保护层锈胀开裂时钢筋锈蚀率也相应增大。
Based on the research on the corrosion of ordinary concrete reinforcement, the corrosion mechanism of reinforcing steel in fly ash concrete, the factors influencing the corrosion of reinforcing steel in fly ash concrete, and the corrosion cracking conditions of protective layers of fly ash concrete were developed. Corrosion method Fly ash concrete protective layer corrosion expansion cracking test, the factors that affect the corrosion cracking of fly ash concrete protective layer were analyzed. The results show that: with the increase of water-binder ratio, fly ash content, and the ratio of protective layer thickness to steel bar diameter, the corrosion rate of reinforcing steel bar of fly ash concrete protective layer also increases correspondingly.
