目的:考察复方三芪丹胶囊的稳定性。方法:按拟定的质量标准,采用影响因素试验、加速试验和长期试验方法,考察复方三芪丹胶囊的性状、主要药材的薄层色谱鉴别、水分、装量差异、崩解时限、微生物限度检查、浸出物和黄芪甲苷含量。结果:复方三芪丹胶囊的各项指标稳定。结论:确定复方三芪丹胶囊的有效期为12个月。 Objective: To investigate the stability of compound Sanqidan capsule.
